Lead Sr. Business System Analyst

About the role

This role will lead the discovery and definition of business and system requirements across complex technology initiatives. The position partners closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to shape solution recommendations, document scope, and help ensure projects move from requirements through user acceptance with clarity and control. The ideal candidate will bring strong advisory skills, technical fluency, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while keeping delivery aligned to client workflows and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping by gathering and defining project requirements
• Understand client workflows and business goals
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define solution recommendations
• Draft and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the solution
• Proactively identify and address project risks
• Manage multiple competing priorities effectively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation from requirements to user acceptance
• Management experience in similar roles
• Strong consultative and advisory skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• 4+ years of experience with Snowflake
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation

$140,000 – $155,000 annually
