Lead Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

The Lead Speech Language Pathologist will oversee the speech therapy program at our Glen Rock, NJ facility, ensuring all patients receive high-quality care. This role involves managing a team of therapists, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the speech therapy program
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to other speech language pathologists
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in leadership and supervisory roles

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 annually
