About the role
KPMG is seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle EPM to join our Managed Services practice. This role involves leading client-facing discussions, driving Oracle EPM optimization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing work assignments in KPMG's ServiceNow environment. You will support multiple clients, prioritize service requests, and uphold KPMG’s respectful and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discussions to review business needs, provide functional guidance, and present solution recommendations across Oracle EPM modules (TRCS, Flux Ops & Rev, PCF, EDMCS).
- Direct ongoing Oracle EPM optimization initiatives, including break/fix activities, deployment of new functionality, quarterly release management, and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to troubleshoot issues, drive resolution, and deliver end-to-end functional solutions across Oracle EPM modules.
- Gather and document business requirements using firm-approved templates, configure system updates, execute functional testing, and support UAT while assisting with production migration activities.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly release testing by executing assigned test scripts, assessing new functionality, and advising clients on adoption considerations and configuration impacts.
- Manage work assignments and ticket progress in KPMG's ServiceNow environment, ensuring accurate documentation, communication, and timely updates to stakeholders; drive efficiency through process and task automation.
- Support multiple clients simultaneously by prioritizing service requests, maintaining SLAs, and applying ITIL-aligned service management practices.

Requirements
- Minimum five years of Oracle Cloud or on-prem EPM implementation experience and/or recent post-production application support.
- Experience with Oracle EPM modules including TRCS, Flux Ops & Rev, PCF, and EDMCS.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- Demonstrated knowledge supporting Oracle EPM modules and related financial processes (planning, forecasting, consolidations, close, reporting).
- Strong functional expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and test scenarios.
- Ability to work closely with mixed teams (project managers, technical consultants, clients) to deploy and operate technology solutions, including problem identification and multi-step resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests concurrently, prioritize workload, and operate within ITSM/ITIL-based support environments.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites in the Dallas area as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Pay
California Salary Range: $152,475 – $253,230. Salary is determined based on relevant factors including skills, job responsibilities, prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
