Lead Specialist, Clinical Informatics

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health · Passaic, NJ · 1 mo ago
Analyst$18.5–$42.35/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Given posting: It's about Oak Street Health (though company line says CVS Health but then Oak Street Health). Title: Lead Clinical Informatics Specialist. Location: address. Role Description paragraphs. Then "Core Responsibilities:" bullet list. Then "What are we looking for?" list of qualifications/skills. Then "What does being 'Oaky' look like?" list of values. Then "Why Oak Street?" includes benefits description. Then "Anticipated Weekly Hours 40", "Time Type Full time", "Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is: $18.50 - $42.35". Then benefits description again. Also "Great Benefits For Great People" etc. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from role description paragraphs). Responsibilities (core responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine). Benefits (benefits description). Pay (pay range). Schedule (weekly hours, time type). Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range and schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location? Possibly as a short

metadata. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location in a

maybe after heading? But we shouldn't create a heading for location. Could include a

with location and maybe company. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Oak Street Health is a rapidly growing, innovative company of community-based healthcare centers delivering higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities. By providing holistic, comprehensive and integrated care right in our patients' communities, we can help keep them healthy and reinvest cost savings in further care for those same communities and others. Since 2013, Oak Street Health has brought its singular approach to tens of thousands of people across the nation. With an ambitious growth trajectory, Oak Street Health is attracting and cultivating team members who embody Oak Street values and are passionate about our mission to rebuild healthcare as it should be. The Lead Clinic Informatics Specialist is a critical member of the Scribe Program. They champion the organization's mission to provide high quality patient care by leading their Clinic Scribe team. The Lead Clinic Scribe acts as an in-clinic expert on all Scribe related matters including: training, coordinating coverage and assistance with implementation of any new clinic initiatives. In addition, they will engage with the Senior Scribes to facilitate successful execution of Scribe activities in each clinic. This new addition to the Oak Street Health team will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operations of these essential activities.

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4-5 Clinic Scribes
  • Ongoing training and support of Clinic Scribes
  • In-clinic point person for coding and workflow questions
  • Wellness Review Visit Review assistance
  • Coordinate Regional Scribe coverage
  • Observe and record patient encounters/examinations
  • Document patient information, history and diagnoses
  • Assist in medical management
  • Document medical decision making
  • Other duties, as assigned
Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: We have "What are we looking for?" list and also "What does being 'Oaky' look like?" maybe values. Could combine into Requirements and Skills sections. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could make one section "Requirements and Qualifications" with both lists. We need to use headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we can choose to include only those with real content. The posting has ability to succeed in fast-paced environment, self-starter, interpersonal skills, expert documentation, commitment to vision, at least 6 months experience as a Clinic Informatics Specialist (Scribe), US work authorization, someone who embodies being 'Oaky'. Then the Oaky traits list. We could put Requirements heading with the list of qualifications (experience, work auth, etc.) and Skills heading with the interpersonal/communication etc. Or combine. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one section "Requirements" that includes both experience and skills and Oaky traits. But we need to follow heading usage: we can use

Requirements

and put all lists inside. Let's do:

Requirements

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in accurate and specific documentation
  • Commitment to company vision
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Clinic Informatics Specialist (Scribe)
  • US work authorization
  • Someone who embodies being 'Oaky'

What being 'Oaky' looks like:

  • Radiating positive energy
  • Assuming good intentions
  • Creating an unmatched patient experience
  • Driving clinical excellence
  • Taking ownership and delivering results
  • Being scrappy
But we have a heading for Requirements only; we included a paragraph before the Oaky list. That's okay. Now Benefits: The posting has benefits description: "Competitive benefits including paid vacation and sick time, generous 401K match with immediate vesting, and health benefits". Also later: "Great Benefits For Great People ... medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources". We'll combine. We need a Benefits section.

Benefits

  • Paid vacation and sick time
  • Generous 401K match with immediate vesting
  • Health benefits (medical, dental, and vision coverage)
  • Paid time off
  • Retirement savings options
  • Wellness programs
  • Other resources based on eligibility
But we need to avoid duplication; we can combine. Pay: The posting includes pay range: $18.50 - $42.35 hourly or annual? It says base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. We'll present as pay range.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 – $42.35 per hour (or annual full‑time salary). Actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.

Schedule: Anticipated Weekly Hours 40, Time Type Full time.

Schedule

Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Time type: Full time.

We also need to include location maybe as a short

after the About the role? Could add a

Location: 394 Broadway Suite #100, Passaic, NJ 07055

after About the role before Responsibilities. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: We have not included the "Our people fuel our future..." etc. That's boilerplate? It's about diversity etc. Might be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that paragraph: "Our people fuel our future...". Also remove "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered..." etc. Also remove "We anticipate the application window..." etc. Also remove "Great Benefits For Great People" maybe we already captured benefits; but that paragraph is substantive about benefits; we can keep the benefits details but not the heading "Great Benefits For Great People". We already captured benefits details. We also need to remove the line "This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families." That's part of benefits; we can incorporate. We need to ensure we didn't inadvertently include any boilerplate. Let's review our output. We'll produce:
