We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, duplicate lines, cookie/navigation, etc. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About this role: description paragraph: "Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Sourcing Consultant to join our Wholesale Sourcing Team; supporting Corporate Investment Banking, Wealth Mgmt. and Commercial teams." Then bullet list of responsibilities: "In this role, you will:" followed by a list of duties (starting with "Lead contract negotiations..." etc). Those are responsibilities. Then "Required Qualifications:" list: "5+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education" Then "Desired Qualifications:" list of items. Then "Job Expectations:" includes: "Ability to travel 5% of the time", "This position offers a hybrid work schedule", "Adherence to in-office attendance expectations", "This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship", "Locations: Only posted locations being considered 11625 N Community House Rd., Charlotte, NC 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 401 S. Tryon St., Charlotte, NC", "Posting End Date: 27 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants." Then EEO etc which we remove. We need to decide sections: About the role (the intro paragraph). Responsibilities (the bullet list). Requirements (maybe combine Required and Desired Qualifications? Could have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. But we need to avoid thin sections. We have Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications; we could put them under Qualifications heading (maybe combine). Or we could have Requirements for required, Qualifications for desired. But we need to decide. Also Skills: maybe we can extract skills from responsibilities? Not explicit. Could we create Skills section from bullet points like "Strong benchmarking and analysis capabilities", "Ability to quickly establish credibility", etc. Those are under Desired Qualifications. Might be better to put them under Skills. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: we have hybrid work schedule (Schedule?), ability to travel 5% (maybe Schedule?), but not explicit benefits or pay. No pay info. So we should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. It does not state benefits or pay. It does state hybrid work schedule (that's schedule). So we can create a Schedule section with hybrid work schedule and maybe travel expectation? Travel 5% could be under Schedule or Job Expectations. But we have no separate Job Expectations heading in allowed list; we could put travel under Schedule or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to put under Schedule: "Hybrid work schedule; ability to travel 5% of the time." Also "Adherence to in-office attendance expectations" could be schedule. Locations and posting end date maybe not needed as heading; could be placed in a short paragraph under About the role or maybe under a meta paragraph. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include locations and posting end date in a short

maybe after About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug policy, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Sourcing Consultant to join our Wholesale Sourcing Team; supporting Corporate Investment Banking, Wealth Mgmt. and Commercial teams.

Locations: 11625 N Community House Rd., Charlotte, NC; 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC; 401 S. Tryon St., Charlotte, NC. Posting end date: 27 Sep 2026 (may come down early due to volume of applicants).

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Schedule

  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time
  • Adherence to in-office attendance expectations
We should not include Benefits, Pay sections as no info. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed EEO etc. Check that we preserved all substantive info: About role paragraph, responsibilities list, required qualifications, desired qualifications (as Qualifications), job expectations (travel, hybrid schedule, in-office attendance, visa sponsorship not eligible, locations, posting end date). We omitted visa sponsorship not eligible? That's a piece of info; should we include? It's substantive. Could be placed under Schedule or maybe a separate note. Since we have Schedule section, we could add "Not eligible for Visa sponsorship". Or we could add a short paragraph under About the role. Let's add to Schedule list: "Not eligible for Visa sponsorship". Also we omitted "Adherence to in-office attendance expectations" already there. We also omitted "This position offers a hybrid work schedule" we have. We omitted "Locations: Only posted locations being considered" we included. We omitted "Posting End Date: 27 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants." we included. We omitted "We Value Equal Opportunity" etc (removed). We omitted "Employees support our focus..." etc (removed). We omitted "Drug and Alcohol Policy" etc (removed). We omitted "Wells Fargo Recruitment and Hiring Requirements:" etc (removed). We omitted "Reference Number R-569817" (metadata, we can drop or fold into short p). Could add to the meta paragraph after About the role: "Reference Number: R-569817". That's minor metadata; we can include in short p. Let's update About the role paragraph to include reference number maybe. We'll have:

About the role

Now check if any content missing: "Ability to travel 5% of the time" we have in Schedule. "Adherence to in-office attendance expectations" we have.
