Lead Strategic Sourcing Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Negotiator with 7–10 years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering cost savings, managing complex negotiations, and influencing stakeholders across large enterprise organizations. Experience with Technology/FinTech vendors, Ivalua, and Sirion is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations for Technology and FinTech supplier agreements.
• Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders and sourcing leadership to support enterprise initiatives.
• Manage supplier contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, amendments, and terminations.
• Conduct market analysis, pricing assessments, and RFP/RFI activities to identify savings and value opportunities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management experience.
• Industry preference: Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, Technology Procurement.

• Required: Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Negotiation, Category Management, Pricing Analysis, RFP/RFI Management, Stakeholder Management.
• Preferred: Financial Services Procurement, Total Cost Modeling, AI-Driven Procurement Analytics, Executive Presentation Development.

Tools & Software

• Required: Ivalua, Sirion, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: KY3P, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tools, Procurement Analytics Platforms.

Location: New York City, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; or Lake Mary, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite/1 Day Remote)
