Lead Solutions Engineer, Integrations

For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer Integrations to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within an operationally complex logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and execute customer integration projects from discovery to go-live
• Lead on-site technical discovery engagements with customers
• Evaluate customer needs against standard integration approaches and propose adjustments
• Analyze complex data for validation and mapping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration success
• Influence internal discussions with insights from customer interactions
• Contribute to documentation and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical project management and customer integration
• Proven ability to independently oversee complex integration projects from inception to delivery
• Experience working directly with IT stakeholders for technical solution design
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and integration patterns
• Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools, such as Excel
• Excellent communication skills across various audience types
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay

$134,000 – $181,000 annually
