Lead Solutions Engineer, Integrations

About the role

Afresh is an AI platform dedicated to reducing food waste in the grocery industry. Founded in 2017, we've grown to offer 6 enterprise-grade solutions, serving over 10% of the U.S. grocery market. Our platform prevents over 200 million pounds of food waste annually and has seen 70% revenue growth since 2025.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute integration projects from discovery to go-live, creating detailed plans and coordinating stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, including data interface scoping and negotiation.
• Translate customer business needs into technical designs, applying knowledge of Afresh's core data model and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product engineering, and data science teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences and influence internal discussions.
• Contribute to team documentation and mentor junior team members.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex integration projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Experience working with customer IT stakeholders and drafting design documentation.
• Strong data transformation and design skills, able to work with data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
• Attention to detail and clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Open to travel (up to 10%).
