- Coordinate execution across the ARTs in the value stream. Own the movement of work across ARTs and coordinate epic delivery spanning multiple teams.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-ART risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints before they threaten solution delivery. Ensure a smooth delivery process by proactively escalating and tracking impediments.
- Own solution-level metrics and reporting (flow, velocity, health) in the designated management tool. Promote built-in quality practices including continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps.
- Coordinate and facilitate the release process across the Agile Release Trains.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement; facilitate the Inspect & Adapt (I&A) event at the solution level.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, SDLC operations, or Agile leadership.
- Proven ability to facilitate PI and Readiness, including establishing and communicating annual calendars for iterations at the portfolio level.
- Awareness of ART-level PI Objectives within the Value Stream.
- Ability to ensure strategy and execution alignment by working closely with stakeholders, providing input on resourcing, and operating within the Agile Release Train budget.
- Superior problem-solving skills with a track record of effectively escalating and tracking impediments.
- Continuous Improvement Champion: Supports an agile servant leader mindset. Encourages continuous improvement, participates in Communities of Practice, and provides coaching for Value Stream Solution and ART-level roles.
