Lead Solution Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Solution Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a small team supporting multi-site industrial accounts, with direct ownership of one account and close collaboration with account leadership. You will guide technical decisions, customer adoption, and post-go-live outcomes while helping customers realize ongoing value from the solutions. The position also combines executive-level stakeholder engagement, team development, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen account health and growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead a small team of Solution Managers and Technical Engineers across multiple sites while managing one account directly Conduct steering committees and business reviews, involving team members as appropriate Guide technical approaches and decisions to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes Facilitate customer adoption and enable self-modeling to derive ongoing value from solutions Run training and collaboration sessions with customer engineers Develop team members through goal-setting and regular feedback discussions Coordinate resources and collaborate with account leadership on strategic account health and growth Qualifications 7+ years of experience in industrial sectors such as refining, petrochemicals, or mining 1-3 years of people management experience focused on team performance and development Proven track record of owning customer outcomes post-go-live Strong leadership desire and ability to manage multi-site accounts Excellent presentation skills for engaging executive-level stakeholders Willingness to travel 20-25% as necessary Benefits Remote work options available for US candidates Opportunity to lead and develop a dedicated team Engagement with senior stakeholders in a challenging industrial environment Comprehensive training and enablement resources to foster team growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
