Lead Software Enigneer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs for GenAI products
• Operate LLM-powered applications and workflows using advanced tools
• Develop infrastructure with Terraform adhering to IaC practices
• Implement monitoring systems to ensure service health
• Evaluate tools and define technical strategies
• Mentor team and promote engineering best practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years in backend software development
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries like Pandas and LangChain
• Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI infrastructure
• Familiarity with security engineering principles
• Strong skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML applications
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code best practices
