Through our growing network of services and partners, we are building a model that reduces complexity, supports caregivers, and reimagines how at home healthcare is delivered across the U.S. We're looking for a Tech Lead to help set the company's direction and help build toward a more tech savy future. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll write code, shape architecture, and help the engineers around you do their best work.
What The Work Actually Looks Like
- Lead the design and features that take administrative weight off care teams
- Stay hands-on in the codebase
- Set the bar for how we build with AI: tooling, patterns, evaluation, and what "good" means
- Mentor engineers and grow the team's AI fluency
- Partner with product and clinical teams to solve real problems for real people
- Make pragmatic calls where healthcare reality and tech-world best practices meet
What We're Looking For
- Comfort working with AI
- Strong Python, ideally with FastAPI
- Experience leading teams
- A track record of successful post production work
- Typescript experience
- 5+ years of development experience
Nice To Have
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience (not required — good people learn the domain)
- Experience building and scaling data or ML infrastructure
- Agentic coding experience
