Lead Software Engineer (Remote-LA)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document software systems and applications independently
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications for development projects
• Test, debug, and maintain software to ensure functionality
• Identify new technologies for potential implementation into existing systems
• Collaborate with users to refine and debug programs based on needs
• Train stakeholders and evaluate effectiveness of technologies implemented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
• 7 years of software development experience required
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with development technologies such as C#, SSRS, SSIS, SQL

Preferred Skills

• Vary by department; for EDI include BizTalk, C#, Azure tools; for Enrollment, include SQL and other Azure tools; for EPIC, include X12 EDI and FHIR; for Provider, include relevant Azure skills
