What We Look For

• Experienced Software Engineers with 6+ years of experience with Java, Python, C++, or C#
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
• Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications
• Experience driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluating emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation
• Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems
• Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones

• Compensation: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $129,700 - $216,100. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state.
• Bonuses: This role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
• Benefits: LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
