Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day activities of an agile engineering team, including scrum, BSA, product, and quality resources.
- Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and external teams to support planning, communication, and delivery.
- Review solution designs with architects, provide approval input, and guide technical decision-making.
- Support deployment activities and be available to step in with hands-on development when needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical leadership experience and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Strong programming experience in Java; JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with Jenkins, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, OpenShift platform, and uDeploy.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
