Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons
- Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out
- Communicating with coaches during morning meetings
- Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons
- Facilitating the booking of private lessons
- Guest service
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma
- Ability to read/write and communicate in English
- A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School
- PSIA/AASI certification (preferred)
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficiency with RPOS
- The ability to communicate in Spanish
