Responsibilities

• Leverage technical knowledge and superior customer service skills to help create customers for life!
• Help through every step of the sales process, ensuring all orders are followed up and customer satisfaction is ensured.
• Provide profound knowledge of appliances to answer any questions regarding product specifications and installation.
• Coach and develop fellow Showroom Consultants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Extensive appliance and plumbing knowledge preferred

Qualifications

• Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sit and stand for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment – Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
• Written Communication Skills – Writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression.
