Job Summary
This position translates shopper and consumer behavior into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across marketing, sales, and category development. This role leads the design and execution of research initiatives, synthesizes data from multiple sources, and partners cross-functionally to influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute research initiatives to understand shopper and consumer behavior
- Synthesize data from various sources to inform strategic decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and category development teams to influence business outcomes
- Demonstrate strong analytical acumen and storytelling capabilities
- Elevate the voice of the shopper and consumer within the organization through effective stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar role
- Experience in translating consumer insights into actionable strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience leading research initiatives
- Knowledge of consumer behavior theories and models
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis tools
