Lead Shipping / Receiving CM722 (Swing)

About the role

Material Handlers at @HYVE Solutions perform physical or administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items.
• Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
• Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks, and distributes merchandise, products, and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Operate a forklift.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
