LEAD SETTERS (Costco & Lowe's)

About the role

Generator Supercenter is looking for results‑driven Lead Setters to actively seek out and engage with Costco and Lowe’s customers inside our retail stores. The position supports the company’s mission to provide comfort, peace of mind, and financial growth for customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the products and services offered by Generator Supercenter.
• Research potential clients and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs.
• Provide accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
• Travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas as needed.

Requirements

• Basic customer service skills with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel to various retail locations (Thursday – Sunday).
• Tech‑savvy; comfortable using an iPad (Apple product).
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse personalities.
• Professionalism and courtesy to create a positive customer experience.

Pay

Base hourly rate: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour.
Additional compensation: $10 per booked appointment that does not cancel, and $40 per sold appointment.

Schedule

Thursday – Sunday only, with hours varying between 10 AM – 8 PM.
