Job Description
- Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company.
- Research potential clients and generate leads.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs.
- Provide accurate information to schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients.
- Must be able to travel to different locations around Nashville and its surrounding areas. Thursday – Sunday Only, Hours vary between 10 AM – 8 PM.
Requirements
- Basic customer service skills.
- Cordiality is important.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
- Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
