About the role
We are seeking Lead Setters to generate leads for customers interested in Generac Standby Home Generators at three Costco Warehouses in the North Texas and surrounding areas: Costco of Arlington, Costco of Duncanville, and Costco of Fort Worth. This part-time role operates Thursday through Saturday inside Costco locations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Costco members to generate leads for Generac Standby Home Generators.
- Book appointments for customers interested in generator systems.
- Educate customers on the benefits of generator systems to create a more comfortable, safe, and healthy home environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable traveling to multiple Costco locations in North Texas.
- No prior experience necessary, but must be a driven, outgoing "people person."
- Ability to initiate conversations and engage with Costco members.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
Pay
$16.00 per hour plus commission.
Schedule
Part-time, Thursday through Saturday.
