Lead Server – Dining Services

Role Overview

The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment, ensuring service excellence and maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service aligning with established standards
• Train and support new servers on service protocols
• Assist residents with menu choices and accurately take meal orders
• Ensure proper setup, reset, and cleanliness of the dining area
• Monitor table presentation and uphold dining decorum
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to assist and support residents warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Leadership ability to train and motivate team members
