About the role
We are seeking a Lead Dining Room Server at Touchmark at All Saints, Sioux Falls's premier retirement community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing dining staff
- Taking orders and serving meals
- Providing a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests
- Serving at special events and catered functions
Requirements
- Three to five years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in managing staff
- Willing to work every other weekend and holiday
- Committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to read, write, and speak English
Qualifications
- Able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
