About the role

The Lead Server delivers exemplary dining service to residents and guests, ensuring a professional, warm, and inviting dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a hospitality-focused culture in all dining venues
• Serve as liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff
• Create a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring, and team-building
• Record production and operational data as required
• Assist in the creation of effective schedules

Requirements

• Bring a smile to work every day

• Be a progressive and creative thinker
• High school graduate preferred
• Three to five years of dining experience
• Prior experience in leadership roles preferred
• Must have Food Handler’s certification as required

Pay

$21.47–$25/hour

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30 AM–7:30 PM
