About the role
The Lead Server enhances the dining experience by overseeing and training dining staff, ensuring service standards across multiple venues. This role reports to the Dining Manager and is responsible for training new team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and train dining staff to maintain high service standards
- Direct, manage, and hire kitchen staff
- Complete requisitions and communicate effectively with other employees and Residents/guests
- Train new team members on E-Menu, onboarding, and dining service standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Three or more years of serving experience, preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Sufficient manual dexterity for kitchen tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds

Pay
Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Saturday-Wednesday, Shift: 10:30am to 8:00pm
