Lead Senior Project Manager – Customer Operations & Quotations
The Will Group is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to oversee the Project Management organization and drive growth in our infrastructure business. This role involves leadership, process improvement, and customer experience enhancement from initial opportunity through order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Lead People
- Manage, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers
- Establish performance standards and workload priorities
- Build team capabilities through training and development
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues
- Lead Projects & Customers
- Oversee the customer lifecycle from opportunity and quotation through order execution
- Establish project management standards and best practices
- Monitor project health, risks, timelines, and deliverables
- Support complex infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Lead Quotation Strategy
- Oversee complex quotation opportunities
- Review plans, specifications, drawings, addenda, and contract requirements
- Partner with manufacturers on pricing, lead times, and technical solutions
- Support value engineering and commercial strategies
- Improve quotation accuracy, speed, and effectiveness
- Lead Operational Improvement
- Improve order entry and project execution processes
- Develop SOPs, reporting tools, and performance standards
- Improve CRM, ERP, and project management system utilization
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field + 7 years of relevant experience OR
- Associate degree + 10 years of relevant infrastructure, project management, quoting, estimating, or customer operations experience
- Proven people leadership experience
- Strong project management and commercial/business acumen
- Experience in infrastructure, transportation, utility, electrical, construction, or industrial markets preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management systems preferred

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Factors affecting starting pay may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
