Starting Rate of Pay: $28.08 per hour

Work with Security Operations Center Agents on all day-to-day activities related to the job.

Work with Security Operations Center Agents, conduct daily briefings and end-of-shift reports, review incident logs for accuracy
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident response, documentation, and escalation
Act as first point of escalation for complex or high-priority incidents
Monitor perimeter detection systems, voice-down technology, gate and visitor management platforms, and alerting systems
Monitor social media platforms for threats to employees/assets and initiate response as deemed necessary according to policy and procedure
Coordinate with appropriate defined employees, leadership, departments, and external agencies during emergencies
Assist field security to support investigations by researching and providing information and timelines
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) plus three (3) years of administrative support experience
Experience in a security-related area, preferred
Good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must complete required training and obtain certifications
Knowledge of incident management systems and reporting tools, preferred
Proficiency with security technologies (VMS, access control, visitor management, mass notification systems), preferred
Experience with workplace violence and/or corporate security investigations and compliance standards, preferred
