About the role
The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
Responsibilities
- Supports and provides Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
- Maintains the security and safety of the client site.
Requirements
- Experience in the security industry.
- Excellent report writing.
- Proficient written and verbal communication.
- Supervisory experience.

Pay
- $31.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
