Maintains a safe environment for guests and employees, responds to disturbances and prohibited conduct, provides leadership to Security Officers, and assists the Shift Supervisor.

• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally

• Basic mathematical calculations

• Prioritization, organization, and follow-up
• Clear thinking, calmness, and problem-solving
• Following directions thoroughly
• Understanding guest service needs
• Cooperative teamwork
• Flexible schedule
• Confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
• Driving ability (valid Florida driver's license)

Physical Abilities

• Exert physical effort in transporting 40 pounds
• Various physical movements throughout work areas
• Reach 12 inches
• Active for 8 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactory communication with guests, management, and co-workers
• Walking extended periods of time
