Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts.
• Observe and report activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Preserve order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in the security industry.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
