Lead Security Officer

About the Role

Reporting to the Security Manager, this position provides security support and services to patients, staff, and visitors and assumes responsibility for security operations in the absence of the Security Manager. Ability to meet all job and physical requirements as outlined in the job description or as agreed through a workplace accommodation.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare security officer or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Current California Guard license required.
• MAB certification required to be completed on the first day of work (grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025).
• Current California driver’s license required.
• To drive a company vehicle, must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record per RCH insurance carrier.
