Lead Sammy's Clerk FT

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Perform assigned duties in a fast-paced work environment while interacting with guests and team members.
• Explain products available in specific areas (ingredients, flavors, menu items).
• Actively provide samples to guests and explain offerings as needed.
• Efficiently prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing and cooking).
• Maintain product levels, quality, and freshness according to station guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management or satisfy requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate temperature and/or product breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply and work area neat, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Execute and train on duties of all hosts as outlined above.
• Work with management to ensure proper standards are maintained.
• Work with management on orders.
• Absorb and assist in completing schedules.
• Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year prior food service preparation experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
