Lead Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise across Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices and modern development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous Apex processes.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and JSON-based services.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Experience developing Triggers, Classes, Queueable, Batch, Future, and Scheduled Apex.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, data model, objects, and relationships.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with REST API integrations, OAuth, Named Credentials, and external system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II are preferred.
