Responsibilities

• Assigns duties, schedules shifts and breaks, and ensures adequate floor coverage
• Trains and supervises staff on store policies and job duties
• Orders and inspects merchandise, supplies, and equipment
• Tracks deliveries, checks for accuracy, and reports discrepancies
• Prepares sales and inventory reports
• Ensures accuracy in sales and cash handling
• Handles customer complaints, returns, and service issues professionally
• Assists staff with complex sales and customer service tasks
• Meets or exceeds sales goals by managing daily store operations
• Maintains regular communication with store leadership
• Supports donation and production operations as needed
• Maintains a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
