Lead Sales Supervisor - UTC Mall

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in training and developing team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Aid in managing procedures related to cash handling, protection of company assets, and banking.
• Assist in resolving customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Avoid repetitive duties such as packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift.
• Avoid lifting more than 25 pounds frequently.
• Assist in inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, strong cash handling, and merchandising ability.
• Ability to follow, as well as implement and enforce, company policies and procedures.
• Strong work performance.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales driven team.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.

Physical Abilities

• Carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $26.78 per hour.
