Lead Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in training and developing team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Avoid and resolve customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
• Manage procedures related to cash handling, protection of company assets, and banking.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail location in accordance with company guidelines.
• Packaging candy, stocking shelves, and ringing sales as needed.
• Provide guidance to team members to drive sales initiatives.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the Shop Manager in providing effective leadership to the retail team.
• Train and develop team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, strong cash handling, and merchandising ability.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively, and in a positive manner.
• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Ability to follow, as well as implement and enforce, company policies and procedures.
• Work in a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers through effective engagement.
• Work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The pay rate for this position is $25.85 per hour.
