Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and mentor a team of high-performing consultants
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience
- Conduct expert in-person consultations
- Coach and develop Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs)
- Set clinic goals and optimize sales strategies
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Oversee front desk operations and maintain an elevated clinic environment
- Support behind-the-scenes operations to ensure smooth clinic flow and premium client experiences
Requirements
4+ years of experience in consultative or luxury sales, with a track record of exceeding goals. Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience guiding team performance. Passionate about aesthetics, customer experience, and personal development. Polished communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Weekend and evening availability required.
