Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional to lead our team in selling and cultivating a strong clientele base for premium supplemental insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base
  • Mastery and proficient execution of our B2B sales process tailored for premium supplemental insurance products
  • Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
  • Assuming additional responsibilities, including the training and mentorship of incoming team members

Qualifications

  • Proactive, self-assured, and proactive
  • Demonstrates discipline and determination; handles objections and closes sales without being fazed by setbacks
  • Committed to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role
  • Demonstrates a history of exemplary performance
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
  • Thrives on the challenges of sales and is fully engaged in the field

Additional Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
