About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who embodies a strong leadership spirit. The ideal candidate will master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, focusing initially on relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. With successful mastery, there will be opportunities to assume additional responsibilities such as training and mentoring new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base

Requirements

  • Resolute, self-assured, and proactive
  • Exhibiting discipline and determination; demonstrating a penchant for independent work
  • Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks
  • Committing to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role
  • Demonstrating a history of exemplary performance
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
  • Thriving on the challenges of sales and being fully engaged in the field

Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
