About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional with a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role involves selling and cultivating a strong clientele base, reflecting our principle of leading by example. Initially, your focus will be mastering and executing our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, which includes relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. Upon mastering our sales framework, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, such as training and mentoring incoming team members.

Requirements
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain—study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed)
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional work experience but relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
Pay
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle—3 business days)
- Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
