- Deliver the Tillys Experience to customers
- Support Store Management in training and coaching of Sales Associates
- Execute operational tasks as assigned

- Leadership skills to mentor and guide Sales Associates
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
