About the role

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. We're looking for a people person with a talent for making friends with perfect strangers, a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and the leadership skills to teach others how to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused environment.

Pay

Hourly salary range: $15.50 - $16.50. Offer placement within this range depends on prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume, and location.
