About the role

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.

Pay

Hourly salary range: $17.00 – $18.00. Placement within this range depends on prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume, and location.
