About the role
The Lead Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures
- Address and resolve safety concerns and incidents
- Develop and implement safety improvement plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience with safety software and tools
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
