Seeking a Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist to support shift activities, serve as an expert, and promote a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising shift operations, staffing, and patient care support
• Providing resource support and acting as a role model
• Ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality care
• Supporting preceptor tasks and fostering teamwork between staff and physicians

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
• Minimum of two years clinical respiratory care experience
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Proficiency in adult ICU and NICU settings; ability to develop NICU skills if limited experience
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and state licensure in Georgia
