Lead RN - Medical Group Neurology

Role Overview: The Lead RN in the Medical Group supervises daily clinical operations, collaborates with management, and ensures quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Onboard and train Medical Assistants, including classroom and clinical oversight.Develop and review training programs in partnership with various departments.Oversee clinical competencies, maintain licensing and certification records, and manage CPR training and recertification.Support development of new competencies and ensure regulatory compliance with standards like TJC.Travel between sites as needed to support operations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree and current IL RN license required.BLS-CPR certification from AHA required.Previous nursing experience in office or hospital settings.
