Lead Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and ensure ASC 606 compliance
• Partner with Sales and Deal Desk on order management and revenue operations
• Prepare revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
• Manage revenue schedules and support implementation of RightRev
• Analyze revenue trends and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support audits, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
• Help drive accurate billing and minimize revenue leakage

Requirements

• 2+ years of revenue accounting experience
• Public accounting or industry revenue accounting background
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge and contract review experience
• SaaS experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Salesforce experience is a major plus
• Experience with RightRev or similar revenue tools preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to partner cross-functionally
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement a plus

Pay

$90-100K base + bonus

Hybrid (Typically 1 day/week in office)
