We are seeking a positive and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time or Full-Time Assistant Manager. Elements Massage provides a truly customized therapeutic massage to every client, every session, with the highest client satisfaction scores in our industry. Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of studio operations
• Achieve and exceed goals set for membership sales
• Ensure cleanliness of studio at all times
• Assist in hiring and training of staff
• Maintain the accuracy of client files and system reports
• Schedule staff
• Coordinate social media

All responsibilities aim to ensure a flawless client experience and meet established studio goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Requirements

• One year of management experience in a retail or spa setting
• Strong sales and customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and work under stress
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
