About the role

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Lead Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Residential Specialists during assigned shifts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding daily operations, resident requests, building procedures, and service concerns.
  • Conduct shift briefings and communicate important updates, resident information, events, deliveries, maintenance issues, and security concerns.
  • Ensure all stations are properly staffed and continuously covered.
  • Coordinate breaks and station coverage without compromising Front Desk, Security, Porte Cochère, Amenities, or other required posts.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and real-time feedback.
  • Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and luxury service.
  • Escalate significant resident, guest, safety, security, or operational issues to Management.
  • Assist Management with training and onboarding of new Residential Specialists.
  • Ensure team members understand and follow all House Rules, SOPs, policies, and procedures.
  • Review and ensure completion of required logs, reports, checklists, schedules, and system updates.
  • Assist Management with identifying operational improvements and opportunities to enhance resident service.
  • Take ownership of unresolved resident or guest concerns and ensure appropriate follow-through to completion.
  • Provide leadership during emergencies and coordinate team response until Management or emergency personnel arrive.
  • Support Management with special projects, assignments, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or difficult situations.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related computer applications.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize Association/Property Management software.
  • Familiarity with a range of vehicles and the ability to safely drive and park vehicles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using two-way radios.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, luxury condominium, residential community, concierge, security, or high-end customer service environment.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury condominium preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive resident and guest situations professionally.
  • Experience working weekends and holidays.
  • Must be authorized and eligible to work in the United States.

Pay

$25/hour

Schedule

Full-time; Contract
2:00pm to 10:30pm or 3:00pm to 11:30pm
